By creating Tutor Profile at Upwise you are allowing us to send you SMS and email alerts of classes based on your profile. To Unsubscribe from the alert, you can do this by Logging in to your profile and navigate to My Account section.
Tutors have to submit a copy of their Address Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Etc) Passport Size Photograph and Last Obtained Educational Qualification.
Teachers are requested not to indulge in any activity other than tutoring such as taking money for admission in any college/ school/institution or any fraud proposal.
In case of any fraud by the teachers with any student or with Upwise then we are free to take legal action against him/her.
Tutors are requested to please update, us immediately about their present address and phone/mobile number if changed and are requested to provide your ID proof to clients if demanded by them.
Upwise reserves the right to modify or add or delete any condition at any time.
Tutors are requested to be punctual and behave/talk/dress up professionally while visiting to any client for trial or regular class.

Upwise will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your child's requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity.
You understand that the final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours.
You understand that the tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.
You may ask the Teacher for its identity proof and qualification records before starting Classes, As we Do not give any Document Verification guarantee.
You are suggested to Pay Tuition Fees through our Platform only in which If you pay directly to the tutor without our confirmation and any dispute occurs Upwise will not be responsible.
Upwise will not give any guarantee of the Student's progress and also not responsible if any stolen things/Activity happen by the tutor. Tutors being observed by the parents / Care Takers during the tuition time.
If you do not agree to these Terms you are requested immediately NOT TO USE THIS PLATFORM.
Upwise reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned terms and conditions with or without giving any prior notice.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment for any of our membership plans. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded if you leave without notice period.
Before availing any of our advertising packages, kindly understand the benefits of the packages. The payment made for any of our Advertising packages is non-refundable.
In case you have any doubt or query, please drop an email at support@onlinetuitionservices.com v We all get back to you within 24 Hours.

After Making Payment for any membership, if you wish to cancel Your Membership with us, please contacts our Customer Support team on support@onlinetuitionservices.com , we will Deactivate Your Account within 24hrs, But No Refund would be granted in this case.
